Great vet! I’ve been bringing my dog here for several years now. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about animals. I always feel confident leaving my dog in their hands.

Nice staff but unfortunately discussing prices, £50 for 5 minutes with the vet and £52 for £16 worth of ear drops, why are vets been allowed to do this is 😡

Happy with the care my dog Lulu has received while trying to figure out the cause of her cough. Over two visits in two months, the first visit provided preventative meds for suspected kennel cough in hope it doesn't develop into an infection. On the second visit, when the cough persisted, she went under anesthesia for an X-ray which I was definitely nervous about but the consultation from the vet nurse reassured me. It was clear Lulu was well looked after; the vet and nurse spoke kindly about her behavior, which eased my worries as she’s a rescue and can be wary of strangers. I was told she was cooperative throughout which speaks volumes about her care. Was also happy to hear she ate two bowls of food upon waking up, as she wouldn't have eaten if she felt uncomfortable. She was prescribed further medication to address two of the three possible causes of her cough. We’ll be returning for reviews. I'd just like to say a massive thankyou to the whole team who cared for Lulu for the entire day and provided a thorough diagnosis.

Wow, what a fabulous team. From the moment I phoned to make an appointment, through the consultation and then after with the service team we had a great experience here. Definitely not what i was expecting from a chain but will definitely be going back.

Never met such rude disorganised set of people. The way the reception staff & management speak to customers is just unacceptable. To be told we don’t owe money as they have done our dogs treatment as a continuous claim with our insurance to then be told a few days later this is wrong and the receptionist shouldn’t have done this and we owe hundreds of pounds whilst we had already received an email off insurance telling us the vets have claimed for the treatment received. Very confusing. Very unorganised. Very unprofessional. Very rude. 5 star treatment received by the actual vet for our dog just a shame it’s a circus run by clowns.

Best pet shop I've ever been to. Spoke with the manager Gemma who helped and got us everything we needed. Will definitely only be using this shop for our pet needs from now on.

I had a bad experience with Kingston vets So i changed to Vets4Pets and so glad i did!! Vets4pets are outstanding vets, they have time for your pet, consultations are very thorough and they are all so considerate, polite and helpful. Very reasonable priced unlike the last vets. Wouldn't use anywhere else!
